Ferguson knows why Mourinho would love to work in England again

"Football coaches in England have more freedom to work, to sign up players they need, compared with Spain... Mourinho is my friend, I know him very well and I understand why he would like to come back to England" Sir Alex Ferguson said on Tuesday.

"However, my job at Manchester United is not over yet, so he might have to look for somewhere else to work" he added.

Ferguson praises the qualities of Mourinho as a football coach. "Mourinho is really good leading a group of footballers. He creates bonds among the group that are really strong".

Ferguson: Rooney will play against West Bromwich Albion, but Hargreaves will not

Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson will use his most dangerous forward Wayne Rooney in the game against West Brom Albion, despite the contradictory statements that both of them gave to the press during this week.

The game will take place at the Old Trafford Stadium, and Wayne will be leading the "Red Devils" attack. However, Owen Hargreaves did not recovered from his injury and is about to miss the match.

As we know, during this week Ferguson said that an ankle injury lowered Rooney's performance with England against Montenegro. However, Wayne said he had no injuries at all.

In the other hand, Owen Hargreaves will miss the game because Ferguson believes that he is still not recovered from a knee surgery.

Ferguson: Nani is only 23 and he is not for sale

Portugues forward Nani is having a hard time to become a usual starter at Manchester United squad but despite that and some trading rumours, Ferguson said that he is not for sale.

"I know that some big teams are interested, but there has not been any official offer, and we are not looking forward to sell him anyway. He is only 23. If someone came in for Nani in January we would tell him that he is going absolutely nowhere. Nani is a young boy and he wants to play - and he might get a chance against Spurs in the Carling Cup this week.

Alex Ferguson understands the pressure of having excellent strikers competing for the position: "He has suffered because Antonio Valencia's performances have been excellent and because Obertan has emerged as an interesting forward. He has enough talent and all he has to do is work harder and take his chance when it comes along."
